This single ear jacket in 925 sterling silver brings Gothic aesthetics into an entirely new form. The oxidized spikes create a dramatic look that combines rebellion with innovative wearing style. The distinctive design works through two connected spike elements - one sits in front of the ear, the other behind, worn through your ear piercing. Emmanuela Alevizopoulou crafts each piece in her Greek workshop from 100% recycled sterling silver. The oxidized surface gives the 39mm (1.54") long spikes their characteristic dark patina and mystical aura. With her 25 years of experience, Emmanuela has created a true statement piece here for Gothic and punk enthusiasts. The 7mm (0.28") wide spike elements together weigh just 1.65g, making them comfortable to wear while visually creating the impression that two dark needles are piercing through the ear.The piece is completely nickel-free and hypoallergenic. It's brilliant for asymmetrical styling or as a single standout feature. Through the oxidized surface, each ear jacket becomes unique with its own character. What's included: One single ear jacket (front spike, back spike and fastenings), branded gift box made from recycled cardboard, recycled paper bag, velvet pouch.Care note: The oxidized patina is an intended part of the design. Clean the jewelry only gently with a dry cloth to emphasize the characteristic form.Care: The oxidized patina is intentional. Only gently dab with dry cloth. Avoid polishing agents.

| Production Method | My items are totally handmade, original and unique designs of mine. I make them entirely in my workshop and I exclusively sell them directly to my customers worldwide, through internet. I am supplied with metal in primordial form (balls, plates, wires) which I process to give it the final form of the jewel. For this purpose I use light tools and semi-automatic equipment (gas torch, hand tools, grinder etc). The metals I use as the basis are mainly 925 sterling silver, bronze and copper. They are often decorated with semi precious stones, pearls, corals, leather, feathers, enamel and other natural materials. Whenever the designs and the construction conditions allow it, the sterling silver parts are plated with rhodium, 24K gold or 18K rose gold so they don't tarnish and they are more resistant to shocks and distortions. Even the dark parts are plated with black rhodium. This way, the need for constant maintenance and polishing is eliminated. |
